Before I started my studies in university, I did a three-year training leadership program in Europe, called STF-Europe. During that time I was selected to become a team leader and even a group leader. This helped me to have many experiences with young people, teenagers and especially young girls.

The second WFWP speech contest was held on Saturday 15th October in the Ball Room at Lancaster Gate, London. With nearly 50 people in the audience, seven speakers, and three judges, the room was almost full to capacity. Our judges were Mr Tim Miller, Rev. Kim Plumpton, Dr Christina Scharff and the theme for the finalists talk was 'Women making a Difference'.

The ladies of the Watford Bridge of Peace met on Saturday 19th March at the Multi-Cultural Community Centre (15 of us). Some of those who attended have known each other and the Bridge of Peace for over 12 years since our first sisterhood ceremony in 2003.

Ever since the collapse of the Berlin Wall and the attacks on the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001, the worldwide conflict of Cain and Abel has transitioned from one of Communism versus Democracy to Ishmael (Islam) versus Isaac (Judeo-Christianity). True Father spoke about this being the last great battle between Cain and Abel on a worldwide level.

On Saturday the 16th of March, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Watford Bridge of Peace at the Multi Cultural Community Centre in Watford.
